To Purchase
Browse and select your goods, click on checkout and follow the order instructions to allow your order to be processed.
We accept the following major credit and debit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and Maestro through our secure encrypted payment system powered by PayPal.
We can also accept payment by credit or debit card over the phone.
Shipping and Handling
Our normal delivery period is 4 to 6 working days using Royal Mail recorded delivery service. We deliver free of charge within the U.K. for orders over £40.00. Orders under £40.00 will have a postage charge of £2.99 added.
Parcels must always be signed for. Orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. Any claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 15 working days from despatch. We do not pay the postage cost of returns.
All orders will be checked to make sure that the goods despatched are of the highest standard, however we cannot guarantee that shoes despatched may not have been tried on by shop customers.
Delivery Schedule
Once your order has been received and payment cleared we shall despatch the goods and notify you by e mail.
If your chosen goods are not available we shall advise you by e mail.
If we cannot meet your requirements we shall credit your method of payment.
If more than one pair of shoes is ordered goods may be despatched at different times.
Tax Charges
The price is inclusive of any payable V.A.T. in the U.K.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of purchase in it’s original unworn condition with original packaging. We will refund the price of the product, however not the postage cost.
Please ensure your name and address is clearly visible on your return.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements. Postage will be charged on all exchanges.
We suggest you obtain a proof of posting certificate for any return as we are not liable for goods lost or mislaid in the post.

Goods with manufacturing faults will be replaced or refunded upon examination at our discretion. No delivery charge will be refunded.
Unless stated otherwise our shoes are not waterproof.
